Refund policy

If you are not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Opened products are refunded once per customer, no questions asked, so you can try the ritual without risk.

To start a return, email hello@skincoffeeritual.com with your order number. We send a prepaid return label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Subscription renewals can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and the box has not shipped. Once a renewal box has shipped, the standard 30-day policy applies.
