Subscription policy

Subscriptions renew monthly on the date of your first order. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file and ships the same or next business day.

You can skip a month, swap products, change the renewal date, update payment or address, pause, or cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling takes one click. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, no phone call and no form.

Subscription pricing is 20% below the one-time price for as long as the subscription is active. The first box of a Full Routine subscription includes the Espresso eye revival cream at no charge.

You receive an email reminder before each renewal. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
